I arrived this evening as I had made a reservation over two weeks ago. There was no room available. On the phone, I spoke to the manager who distinctly remembers my call for the reservation. She said that she didn't know what happened. It's pretty obvious that the indifferent young man at the desk (probably her son) went ahead and booked all of the rooms. He either ignored my reservation or it was lost. All I can say is that after driving seven hours then having to find another hotel because of their poor customer service, I will not give them my business again.
