I loved this place. Food is amazing, rooms are so big and clean

The stay was good. Buffet breakfast was a good spread of continental and Indian.

Gave very shady room and when asked to change room they don't have same category room as well as they don't have immediately High category so they asked me to pay extra fees which was almost 3 times higher which was paid

Old school 5 star Colonial era 125 years old property

The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

Great Breakfast. We stopped at Taj to have sundays breakfast we loved the warm hospitality by Mr.Prakash Babu and the food taste was 10 on 10. The ambience was amazing and we would agin like to visit. We recommend breakfast and lunch specially during weekends

The hospitality was amazing, specially Kirpa Ma’am made stay wonderful. We felt as if we were in our home. The restaurants breakfast, all other staff will really helpful and attentive. The best part of the property was that it was a pet friendly property and today in this concrete world, we were staying in lush green resort. The Manjunath Temple in the property is a blessing and the housekeeping manager, Kripa Ma’ am, helped us with the basics of basics, so that our stay stays comfortable.

This was our final night in India and the Taj West End was the best. From the warm welcome at reception to dinner in the restaurant and the large, very comfortable room - everything was just perfect. Unfortunately, we had to check out very early to get to the airport so couldn’t stay for breakfast. However, we were provided with a generous takeaway breakfast that we could eat at leisure at the airport. On our return home, we received an email about a shirt we had left behind ; this was promptly sent on to us. All in all a 5 * hotel with 5 * staff!

Taj West end - the perfect stay luxurious ambiance, and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in, food quality is excellent and special thanks to restaurant service staff specially R.Mohan and Venkatesh.

Had an amazing breakfast. Staffs were incredibly attentive and went above and beyound to ensure a comfortable experience. Big thanks to Saravanan and Venkatesh. Also thanks to the lady at the counter ( couldn’t ask her name) who was considerate towards me and helped us with the seats Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Each of our trips, each of our experiences has been beyond wonderful. Mr Mohan and Naveen are both excellent hosts, and have always been gracious with our requests. We love going back to this place only because of the wonderful hospitality.
