The staff is more than amazing and happy to help. The hotel is super nice and always clean, the rooms are so comfortable. Its our second time there, and if we ever go back to Budapest we know we will go back to Zichy! We had a great stay!

We have been staying in this hotel already many times. Dog friendly, good gym, nice breakfast and very helpful staff. The hotel has everything people are looking for during their city trip. We will always go back. Opposite the hotel is a good restaurant Alma and Korte typical Hungarian cuisine and good quality. I would recommend this hotel to everybody

Got very surprised by the hotel . Excellent location, lovely service , you must try the breakfast 🍳. Rooms are generally big and clean . Definitely will stay there again

The hotel is a short walk from a major thoroughfare and transportation hub, which brings all the sights of Budapest within easy reach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was elaborate and of excellent quality. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but not far from several great eateries.

Great dissatisfaction, television does not work during the entire stay, hotel category 4 stars - nothing is available, neither restaurant, nor bar, breakfast: below par - I have never met such a disgusting pancake in any hotel... General - breakfast completely disastrous - the cheapest frozen semi-finished products.... Absolutely unwilling staff. I do not recommend to anyone, never again...

Although it's in a small alley, the surrounding area is still very convenient, especially the bus to the airport is nearby, and it takes only 10 minutes to walk there.
