QT Canberra, an EVT hotel Reviews

I recently stayed at this hotel and loved the environment. Most of the staff were friendly, but one male staff with dark hair wasn’t very patient during check-in. Details like parking, breakfast and check-out weren’t mentioned. This oversight led to confusion, and when I was leaving the parking area, I had to return to the front desk to ask for clarification to avoid being double-charged. Great environment overall, but better communication would help.

Not the best I've stayed in... no toothbrush slippers etc, had to call reception and then or never ended up coming. We waited for a while before heading downstairs and asking for it again on the way out. Room is run down and air is super dry.

I paid for my booking in advance, on arrival the staff charged me again, the refund has still not been credited to my account. The communication between trip it and QT is obviously rubbish. I’ll leave it another day and tomorrow will seek further action. I am angry and so disappointed, will be relaying this to all my colleagues and friends not to stay at QT.

The room was nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. It feels very cozy to live in it. The breakfast is great, the workmanship is fine, the color and fragrance are all good, the coffee is also first-class, the service is attentive, and the environment is elegant

The room was clean and the service was good. The transportation is actually convenient, and it will be even better after the construction at the entrance is completed. It was early evening when we arrived, and there were almost no people on the road. I thought the location of the hotel was a bit out of the way. However, when I went out at ten o'clock the next morning, I found that the road was still sparsely populated. It turns out that this is what Canberra is like. One side of the hotel is the city center, where you can drink and relax. After crossing the bridge, there is a large garden. The main attractions are all here. It is very beautiful!

The facilities and location were very good. There was light rail construction in front, so it was disappointing to hear construction sounds early in the morning. And the voucher said that if you request breakfast on site, you will be charged approximately $29 (Australian), but I was displeased to discover after returning home that I had been charged $36. It was said to be a buffet, but it was not. If there is a change in policy, efforts must be made to immediately reflect and inform this change.
