I told her that the turndown service would come in 30 minutes, but she didn't come as promised. I asked for two sets of new towels, but all the towels were stained except for the bath towel. The breakfast was included, but it only included a $30 credit. You had to order a la carte, no buffet, and it cost more than $80. I had to tip for the service, which was about $40 for two days.
