We booked 2 rooms in total. The courtyard is very clean, comfortably decorated, and very quiet. It has a separate kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room. There is a rooftop on the top floor. The children had a lot of fun playing there and were reluctant to leave. The owner of the courtyard was very nice and provided very thoughtful service. We arrived at almost 9 o'clock that night and waited at the door. We reserved a parking space, which made us feel very cordial and comfortable. The spacious living room, open kitchen, and elegant book bar are all eye-catching. I went on a trip out of town with my family and booked this homestay. We arrived a little late, but the owner was very welcoming. It was a little cold in the mountains due to the rain, so the air conditioner in the room had been turned on. It was very warm in the room, clean and tidy, with complete supplies. When I got up in the morning, I saw lush greenery and fresh air outside the window. Standing on the second-floor terrace, I could see mountains and peaks, like a painting. There is also a swimming pool on the first floor. It is also very nice to bring children to swim in the warm weather. The breakfast is rich and nutritious, and the experience is perfect.

There are a lot of things I want to say, so I'll talk about them separately~ First, the room is very good! Clean and hygienic! The bed and pillow are super comfortable, and the most satisfying thing is the bedside reading light, which is very clear and warm, and very comfortable. There is plenty of hot water, and the shower gel is fragrant 😭 The desk can actually be turned, and the chair is an ergonomic chair, which is really worth a thousand gold for workers 😭
Second, the service, I want to give the best praise to the front desk lady, who is enthusiastic, patient and polite, and gets exactly what I want, meticulously. I felt a little uncomfortable at night and asked the front desk to borrow a thermometer. I didn't expect that they would help me with cola ginger soup in a short while 😭 The humanistic care is really full 😭 Thank you very much. Third, the hotel breakfast, the place is not big but the variety is very high and the quality is very good! ! American swelling is effective immediately hahahaha!

Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX)

TTinaMI was only here for 3 nights, but had an extremely comfortable stay. The rooms are large and very well equipped - there is a fridge, microwave, kettle and a really good washer/dryer, which was such a blessing for me after a month of traveling. This is essentially a serviced apartment, but they also have a lovely lounge/kitchen in the basement, with a coffee machine that I may have used a little too much 🤣 It was good coffee and I was really glad for it at the start of a busy day. Their housekeeping staff is lovely as well, as is their security/doorman with the kindest smile. The reception staff went above and beyond to help me with my many queries. I had some delayed deliveries arrive at the hotel after I checked out, unfortunately, and although I'm sure my many requests may have been rather irritating as my friend in Beijing attempted to reroute/collect the late deliveries from the hotel, never once did the hotel staff convey a hint of frustration to me. They were so kind and gracious throughout, and I am genuinely grateful for that.
The hotel's location is an absolute chef's kiss 🤌 There are 2 major subway stations at equal distance from the hotel, and you can pick the station based on which line you need. The hotel is located by the hutongs west of Dongsi, right at the end of the LongfuSi complex, which is essentially a long line of fantastic pubs, cafes, restaurants, and also functions as a community/park of sorts, so you will see lots of families and people walking their dogs in the evenings - I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but it's a very uniquely ”Beijing” experience, not one you would experience out on the busy main roads. One of my favourite things was just walking back from the subway station and getting to immerse myself in this environment before arriving at Base. Also, I read some reviews saying it is inaccessible for taxis - this is not true, as there is a wide enough road for cars; your DiDi driver just won't be able to wait for you as there is no parking on the main street, so you'll need to be waiting for them outside. It was very convenient for my driver to pick me up when I checked out.
Thank you to the courteous reception staff for putting up with all my queries and shenanigans! I'm genuinely grateful and hope to be back again very soon (hopefully next time with fewer questions, but no promises!)

LLLL...Go straight out of the hotel lobby door, turn right to go to the nearest metro station/exit which is Zhushikou. Turn left to eat and shop at the famous Qianmen street and also other hutongs/alley. Totally worth it. Plus, there’s a Luckin coffee and Lawson opposite the hotel. Really convenient!
They kept the room really clean. There are some complaints about the drainage smell which there really is in the toilet but you will get used to it and eventually it will disappear as you take shower.
Overall it was a very good experience and nice place. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
Remember to clean the filter of the dryer if you wish to use it. As it’s quite dusty but I think people rarely use it anyways so I am fine with it. I even helped them clean and wash the dust away.
Anyways, I will definitely book again if I come back to Beijing. 💯

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this hotel with my family and it was an absolute delight! This place is a haven for families seeking comfort and convenience. The room was incredibly spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably. My son was over the moon with the bathtub – it was a definite highlight of his stay!
One standout feature was the presence of two bathrooms, which proved to be a game-changer in terms of convenience. No more morning rush hour! I must give a special shout-out to the desk guy, Leo, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. His excellent service truly made a difference.
The location is also a major plus – surrounded by numerous restaurants, we were spoiled for choice when it came to dining options. It's a huge relief not having to venture far for a delicious meal.
All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a fantastic family experience. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit!

GGuest UserIt was my second stay here.. Overall was excellent, bed was comfy, staff were so polite and helpful. I was checking in quite late and I wasn’t feeling well, the staff even help to order some medicine from online store.. Especially STAFF NO.11.. I left my jacket on the taxi, and I just realised it after my checked out, she is still helping me to contact with the taxi driver and follow up till today. Grateful and blessed to stay here. Last but not least, the coffee shop at the main entrance was good, nice croissant and coffee! Highly recommended for any future guests :)
