We stayed one night at The Continental Hotel on our way home from a European road trip. We booked a package which included dinner and a 1/2 bottle of champagne. At dinner we were told we could choose from the 50euro menu but we chose the 30euro menu instead as we preferred the menu options. When we got the bill we saw that they had deducted the difference of 2 x @20euros from the cost of the red wine that we had ordered as well which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. We also got a discount on the cost of the public car park which is right next to the hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and we would certainly stay again. (The tarte tatin on the 30 euro menu was delicious!)

We have only positive things to say about our one-night stay at Best Western Hotel de la Paix. The location is right in the very center of Reims, 50 meters from the pedestrian area. We used the hotel’s underground car park (15€) which offered easy access to the reception. The welcome was professional and friendly, and our check-in took less than a minute. Quintin at the front desk recommended Excelsior Brasserie for our dinner – a perfect recommendation. The room was excellent, the beds very comfortable, the breakfast delicious – and all around we were surrounded by helpful, smiling members of the staff. Indeed, Hotel de la Paix is a hotel to revisit.

If you spend the night in this city, it's a great hotel. The location is very good, the surroundings are very quiet, and there are very good restaurants nearby. If you had stayed here, you would not have chosen another hotel.

The hotel room is very large, the design must be beautiful, and the breakfast is also very delicious. It's a typical American breakfast. It's very good to have a menu to order according to your taste. The house has a sofa. It's very considerate to have a waiter come to the room to open the sofa and put it on. It is at the foot of the Reims Mountain and the exit from the A4 freeway that the Hotel Campanile Reims Sud – Bezannes welcomes travelers. You can reach the downtown area and its treasures, Reims station and the Champagne-Ardenne TGV station by car, within 10 mins. In our hotel you will appreciate the restaurant with terrace and the meeting room.

The location of the hotel is very good, just beside the downtown square. When we went to the city government square, we were repairing and sealing the road, so we drove around a lot of circles. If it is not closed, it is very convenient. The hotel is clean and the bathroom is dry and wet, very good. It is also very quiet. The elevator is very small.

Downtown location

This hotel is 0.1 mi (0.2 km) from Église St-Jacques and 0.2 mi (0.3 km) from Reims Opera. Excellent location - 10 minutes to station & trams, few moments to restaurants, cafes etc. Hotel small but tidy, quirky, clean - art in rooms. Quiet at night, on 4th floor. Breakfasts fine. Staff helpful. Minor issues only - ran out of apricot jam (in France); milk powder in coffee machine had chocolate mixed in - so cafe au lait etc were mocha style. Some reviews are really critical - but try some French, smile, remember the price. Thoroughly recommended for a few days in a very interesting city.

Nice small hotel in the city centre of Reims, directly at the pedestrian area. Parking house right in front of the hotel (17,- €/day). The hotel is in the second row and is therefore comfortable and quiet. The atmosphere is quite attractive. The room is small, the bathroom is also. The shower is very tight, poorly suited for normal- to heavyweight men. Breakfast has everything you need. If the rooster and the sausages were warm, it would have been even better. The cutting and cheese plate was filled only on demand, although some guests were still coming to breakfast. People with only low French language skills can understand English well. However, if you say speak German, that should also be true. Because of the great heat we would have wished air conditioning.
