This hotel is on an island. If you come to Dubai for the first time, it is not recommended. The environment and general public facilities are not in good condition.
JA The Resort – JA Palm Tree Court, Dubai
4.4/561 Reviews
The location is 40 kilometers away from the center of Dubai. It is very quiet and suitable for vacation. The beautiful lady at the front desk serves attentively and professionally. The breakfast buffet is provided. The breakfast service worker has a Vietnamese girl who is very friendly and the service service is very good!
Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre
4.6/547 Reviews
World Trade Centre DIFC
The view from the room is OK, you can see the Burj Khalifa, it feels like a business hotel, the swimming pool is too small. The service is average, there is no check-in drink and welcome fruit. The front desk service is cold. The doorman on the first floor is still very enthusiastic, he takes the initiative to provide services and greet. The services that should be in the room will not be provided proactively unless you call to request. The good night service is not attentive, it is obvious that two people are staying, but the good night service is only provided for one person, I don't understand. It is not up to the standard of Waldorf Astoria. Maybe in a city like Dubai, a hotel like Waldorf Astoria is only at the economic level.

Palm Jumeirah
Hotel is very good. There was early check in, perfect breakfast, beautiful beach and kind staff.
Bab Al Shams
4.7/5196 Reviews
We’ve been staying in many 5+ stars hotels around UAE, this one has some obvious details that can really be improved. 1) Sensor tap in washroom: It’s not functioning as expected - timing of water running was either too sensitive or totally missed it. I had a hard time trying to wash my face. 2) shower water control: there were three rotation handles without any indication which does what. Need to learn and try a few times to get it right. 3) breakfast is great: No crazy amount of selections but it will fits my tastebud and cooked well. 4) Bug control especially mosquito: It’ll be nice if they can offer some at table smokers or some spray scent to clear those uninvited friends, it will enhance our whole dinning experience. In general it’s good value for money and high standard hotel, just some adjustments and improvements.
