I just stayed there on holidays with my family. We were 5 adults and 2 children. The hotel is very good, it is a right and very clean hotel, the rooms are very spacious. I recommend it, it is a pleasure to find people so kind that makes you everything more pleasant and gives you all the facilities of the world.

Stayed here for our 5-day skiing trip in Pas de la Casa w my 2 teenagers. It is a quite basic accomodation, we stayed in the studio that was a bit cramped for us 3. For 2 adults and 2 kids, it would be ok. The location is good for hitting the slopes, but a pain if you want to walk down to the village and then have to walk all the way again. Floors were icy cold and the view from the window was not what I expected! Being affordable, it meant that there was som partying in the corridors that you had to endure as well.

January 2024 25th till 30th Hotel Terranova Pas de la Casa, Andorra The hotel rooms were super clean and spacious pretty basic but perfect for skiing holiday reception staff were super helpful and friendly will probably book here again if back in Pas boarding again

The hotel is small but very correct. Cleanliness and staff attention from 10. The best friendliness and professionalism from reception to restaurant staff. It is in an improving position just a few meters from the tracks, which makes its value multiplied by 10, it is thankful when you have to walk with the ski boots put 😁 Of course it makes a lot of warm in the night and sometimes it is necessary Open the windows but it's better to pass warm than cold. We'll come back !!

Lovely little hotel in great location with quick and easy access to the slopes and the town. The staff were very accommodating and always happy to help, from the reception staff, bar staff, waiting staff through to housekeeping. The food was generally good. There were a couple of nights where the buffet was a bit limited, especially for kids (we had a 11,15 and 18 year old in tow). Breakfast variety was great. Would have loved to have seen porridge / oats on the menu but you can’t have it all! The lobby area was pleasant but could do with a few more activities for families - it has a pool table and TV but would be better with some board games like jenga, chess etc. The bar drinks were cheap compared to bars in town which was an incentive to stay in rather than going out! My only criticism was the noise from the road side rooms between 2-4am. This is a party place and so we had many happy people shouting in the street at a time when we were sleeping. We needed to have the windows open as the heat in the room was unbearable (even with the heating turned off). If the windows were kept closed, the noise would have been less of a problem. This is not the hotels fault but worth pointing out. We had another room at the back side of the hotel and the noise didn’t seem to be an issue so my top tip would be to try and get a room at the rear of the hotel.
