I have to complain. The hotel is conveniently located and the facilities are relatively new. However, the service has the following problems: 1. After booking a room for two days, the front desk said that breakfast coupons must be taken every day, which is not convenient for customers. 2. The shower room says ”be careful of slippery floors”, but there are no slippers and anti-skid mats provided. The marble floor is particularly slippery. I don't know if it means that the hotel has fulfilled its reminder obligations and is not responsible after the customer slipped or what? It's a bit strange 😳 The next day, I asked the cleaner for anti-skid mats and slippers, but they said they didn't provide them. After arguing, they said they would look for them in the warehouse. It's really an exaggerated service.
