Hanoi Bel Ami Hotel Reviews

Overall was ok. We only booked it because our bus to Sapa departs at 10:30pm. It’s considered cheap if purpose is for a short stay. There’s alot of mosquitos so please prepare. Towels are worn out, bed mattress with stains and would rate cleanliness of the room to 2/10. Though good thing was Location was within old quarters, accessible in tourists spots.

Duvet is dirty and not cover up, later was given a sheet to cover the duvet by ourself

Hotel is well located to visit the old town of Hanoi, bus station very close

Pretty convenient area to stay. The room is the same as they described and has a lift to upstairs. Thanks and see you next time!!

Also ok. Location is quite ok, ..

It's not a city view. There are windows, but you can see that there are no windows. The staff are kind and the prices are cheap. The air conditioner was not cool and the refrigerator was broken, so they changed the room the next day.

If you find a place that located near the old quarter with affordable price, Hotel Bel Ami would be a choice for you. The rooms are clean and nice, the service is great. We can walk around the old quarter. We stayed 3 nights there and we have a good experience.
