Romantic Hotels in Hanoi

Our group of 6 stayed 3 nights at peridot. We had some hiccups which was of no fault by the hotel..( like losing one luggage from our group from our cruise, and tour operator etc). The hotel went above and beyond to help us resolve our problems. Special thanks to Plum, who was so nice and friendly and was so professional and efficient to resolve issues for us. Hotel has plenty of restaurants and street food everywhere and is very near the lake. Beautiful pool and sky bar too.Everyone was very friendly and helpful, from the bellboys to the front desk staff. They even gifted my mom who has a bad knee a herbal compress from the spa. Small details and kind gestures made our stay here so special. 5 stars to the peridot team!

We have visited more than 50 countries and always stay at top hotels. For us, Cappella Hanoi easily ranks in the top five anywhere - for comfort, high quality service, professionalism and friendliness throughout. Everyone from the General Manager all the way to the waiters, the Front Desk, Spa personnel, etc., were just fantastic. The Spa treatments and the Michelin-Star Japanese restaurant ”Koki” were unique experiences. My wife and I really enjoyed our memorable stay.

Very good experience! ! Before coming here, I communicated with Jenney at the front desk of the hotel about the pick-up service. Since our plane was a little late, the driver waited for us outside the airport for a while, but the driver didn't complain at all, and offered to help us carry our luggage; when we arrived at the hotel, it was already It was past 12 o'clock in the morning, and the little brother at the front desk was still waiting for us, and helped us check in very quickly. We were already hungry when we arrived at the hotel, and the little brother at the front desk also took the initiative to tell us where the supper was delicious, which helped us a lot; I like the swimming pool and SKYBAR on the rooftop of the hotel the most. It is also a great enjoyment to enjoy the night view of Hanoi here! ! The hotel's breakfast is also very rich. We ordered Pho every day, which was very delicious We also enjoyed the hotel's SPA massage, the price is reasonable and reasonable, especially the teachers TINA and HANA, the technique is very good, recommended to book SPA service for staying here!

Stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location in the old quarter is perfect, with everything easily accessible. Despite being near busy streets, the room was very quiet. The breakfast was good, and the staff and receptionists were friendly. The bathroom was nice as well. However, despite recent renovations, the room looked old, and the smart TV didn't function properly, likely due to unstable internet.

Perfect, from check in to check out. Absolutely stunning. Our lovely check in lady (Hannah) was very helpful, gave us a lot of local tips and hideout’s especially for foods when we mentioned we love street food. Turn down staff are like little ninja superstars. Breakfast was a beautiful spread of fresh fruits, cold cuts, lovely pho Bed super comfy, pillows delightful, shower delightful, fantastic air con. Thank you, will stay again!

Our saga begin with a canceled agoda booking. Which we overlooked. We came to Meritel assuming we had a confirmed booking. We were stranded and lost in Honoi. Mia and her colleagues knowing our predicament offered us refreshments and snacks. Comforted us and assured us that they would do the needful to assist us. They were fully booked, however, they made arrangements with another hotel in the same vicinity for accomadation. We have never experienced such care in any other hotels before. Our sincere and heartfelt thanks to Mia and her colleagues. We would wholeheartedly recommend meritel hotel to any guest.. We returned to Meritel a few days later when a room was available. The hotel and room reminded us of the hotels in France. MERITEL's (Mia and team) Hospitality is 5 star and we have never experienced such exceptional hospitality and service. Mia and her team made my daughter's birthday celebration most memorable and one to be cherished. Thank you.

This is a hotel with a good location, high CP value, good service, clean room, good bed, not expensive. The breakfast is simple but delicious. I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights during my trip. I will still choose here next time I have the chance to go.

Is okay for price range, but there’s definitely others in the old quarter that might be a littttle bit better. Friendly service and hotel staff helped us book taxi to airport. Breakfast is okay - small buffet option or you can order a few different things. Didn’t seem to have a good variety of of gluten free / vegan options at breakfast. There was a giant cockroach in our room above our door that was hard to look past. Extremely loud construction in the hotel very early in the day Overall the rooms look and smell clean, staff are friendly

I stayed on my first trip to Hanoi. The old town has a lot of hotels, and I was very lost because it was cheap and the atmosphere was good, but as far as I saw the photos, it seemed to be a very good hotel, so I decided here. I actually stayed and it was a really nice hotel. The owner's hobby is wonderful, and even though he is calm, he can feel his commitment to detail. Not to mention the nice interior and accessories, the architecture is wonderful. Who did the design of the building ... It's great. The room is compact but it was enough because it was a solo trip. The staff were all kind and taught me a lot of recommended shops and shops. Also, I contacted the store and told the motorcycle driver where to go, and felt the hospitality. All staff are fluent in English. I booked a room on the upper floors. I couldn't see Hoan Kiem Lake, but I enjoyed the streets of Hanoi. I could quietly see the miscellaneous old town from above, and that hustle and bustle seemed to be a lie. We recommend the upper floors because it feels very good when the sun is shining. Holiday night? Please be careful as the old town center around the hotel is not accessible by car. You'll get off the taxi and the bike nearby. One point, if you request ... It was a specification that water was replenished to a glass bottle, but I thought that it would be helpful to carry it when I went out with a PET bottle 〜 (although it is not eco-friendly). If I visit Hanoi again, I think I will definitely stay here.

Ok for 1 night stay as it was near the Hanoi train station. Very convenient to nearby eateries as well. Cleanliness can be improved as stains were found on pillow. Will book through other platforms next time as trip.com offers breakfast option but was not recognised by staff.
