優點：
1、位置絕佳，出門過個路口就是江南岸廣場，對岸就是俄羅斯；
2、房間面積大，空間寬敞；
3、停車還算方便，酒店門票和對面停車場都能免費停車。
缺點：
1、設施老舊，應該是20年以上的賓館了；
2、服務與收費不成正比，看看衞生間的手紙，這種極其劣質的紙，好多年都沒見過了；
3、沒有一次性拖鞋，就兩雙變形走樣的拖鞋；
4、早餐八點結束，時間太不合理，電梯口也聽到其他旅客抱怨這個時間，導致沒飯吃。
總結：
不推薦，唯一的優勢是位置好，但是黑河真的不大，住其他地方，走過來也就多三五分鐘。另外價格是真的高。
