Top 5-Star Hotels in Jeju

Our double room with ocean view was great and had a balcony with obviously great views. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and spacious. At breakfast I asked if the bread had walnuts in it (because of allergies) and the staff promptly confirmed with the kitchen that it didn't. Then they went the extra mile and confirmed every other item that had walnuts in it so that I could avoid them. Absolutely great service! Will definitely come again.

It was a beautiful experience! The staff is very professional, the restaurants are superb and the room service is impeccable. The hotel offers one of the best view over the city. My girlfriend appreciated the stay in Jeju and the hospitality of the hotel. Thank you

It's like being at home. Every time we visit Jeju, we choose to stay here. The location is convenient, the place is clean, and all the staff are incredibly helpful. Their ability to speak English and Japanese is especially useful in a country where English isn't widely spoken. We'll definitely be returning here time and time again.

It is a place I often go to recently on business trips. When I came in December, Chris Mastree was also made in the lobby. ㅎㅎㅎ The airport is close and the city center is so good. The front desk staff are so friendly and especially the female staff are very friendly ㅎㅎ A little I checked late, so please contact me in advance and check if the schedule has changed. I will use it next time.

Visited for the second time this year and it was absolutely satisfying stay.The buffet was definitely one of the best you can have in Jejudo with this price range.definitely booking next year as well!!

I ordered a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, I already paid in full, only because when I booked the room I booked it for 2 people, because it turned out that I was with 2 children aged 4 years and 10 years, I was charged again. What an incredible resort! Visiting in December, during a particularly snowy week, the service of the staff was amazing and super accommodating, and each member of staff were friendly and hospitable. The views from this resort are breathtaking, right up in the mountains, surrounded by nature, my kinda place! The bar on 3F has a fantastic view over Jeju, looking toward the airport, and the cocktails are great. Would visit again ✨

Ramada- loved the valet parking, self soon laundry excellent, wonderful buffet breakfast. English front desk was helpful. No foreign currency exchange. A little musty smell and no ventilation to the room unless the AC was on. Convenient location in the city, but wished we stayed more near all the shops and night life were so we could walk instead of driving to find parking. Overall good deal for hotel

Great location - we booked an ocean view room that looked out over the water and lovely little port area. Photos taken from our balcony featured - which has a little table and chairs which we sat at and looked out over the water and boulevard below, so nice. Hotel is older and a little run down but it’s in a super spot with great restaurants and bars, and art museums. I would stay here again :)
