Friendly staff and spacious room! They let me check in earlier as i got midnight flight! Recommend to stay here!

Hotel helps to arrange a room inside which is far away from the road , no noise issue . There is free laundry service at lvl 6 & detergent is also provided. Breakfast is also nice and decent. The staffs at receptionist also helps to find Spa near airport since we have late night flight.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location is perfect, next to metro station.

Stayed in this hotel two times in my trip, 2 days at the start and 2 days at the end. I requested in trip.com for non smoking rooms. As I checked in, I requested again for non smoking rooms but they mentioned they did not have non smoking rooms. In my first stay, there was a strong cigarette smell when we entered, especially strong in the toilets. The cigarette smell was abit random, some times abit stronger and sometimes you can’t smell it. Maybe the smell through the aircon vent, and there’s certain timing when more people smoke. Gave them our feedback and they say they will clean our room in our next stay and gave us air freshener and eye masks. We didn’t want it at first but the receptionist came out of the hotel and passed it to us as we were waiting. At our 2nd stay, the smell was better and only certain timing there was abit of smell, probably air con vent. The cleaner lady was very sweet she gave us more waters as she saw our cough medicine box on the table. The air in Kunming is quite dry. The room is clean, room is comfortable and you can take additional water at the reception. Overall service was good.

Comfortable and clean room

This location is so great and convenient, few steps from the exit F, and turn left, the hotel is reached. Very classy and comfortable hotel. We rest really well at here.

Hotel was a 1min walk from exit F of the Tangzixiang metro. Location is super convenient. Staff service was meticulous and excellent. Was given a free upgrade and welcome gift, and service desk even called the room to ensure we settled down well and knew how to operate the air conditioning. This will def be our first choice hotel in kunming. Breakfast was a nice spread too!

Location was decent for this price. The bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel lobby and the train station is just another 3-4 mins walk away. Hotel staffs were extremely patient with us as we had multiple luggage and parcels needed to be transported to our rooms. Room was slightly on the smaller side and so there wasnt much space for my friend and I to walk about after opening up our 2 medium sized luggages. Hot water and all other facilities were working. Bed was comfy. I enjoyed my stay here nevertheless.

Very good service, we stayed as a big group here for several days. The breakfast was very good and the location is extremely convenient! It is basically right next to the subway station and walking distance to several night markets and great food stores.

The room is quite small but functional. It is only a few bus stops away from the kunming train station. Good breakfast with many options. No bidet in the toilet. The toilet smells like cigarette smoke even after airing it - probably coming out of the ventilation system.
