GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Frankfurt, and while it was a decent experience, there were some aspects that were different from what I expected. First off, this is an apartment-style hotel, which we didn’t realize when booking. The lobby is functional but not as visually appealing as other Marriott properties, which was a bit of a letdown.
The hotel is very busy, more like a business hotel, which made the breakfast area quite crowded despite the good spread. The rooms, however, were nice and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us a late checkout, which we really appreciated.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with solid service, but the ambiance is fairly average and doesn’t quite match the standard of other Marriott hotels I’ve stayed in. If you’re looking for a place that’s practical and well-located, it’s a fine choice, just be prepared for the hustle and bustle.

GGuest UserFirst of all: The view was absolutely stunning! I couldn’t take my eyes off this view. The hotel room was really big and open, as well as the bed which was huge and comfortable. I just liked the overall vibe. Also I liked the fact that you were able to turn on both showers. In my opinion the room had no flaws and was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. The only minus point I have is that during check-out there was a mistake and the staff wanted me to pay for the room again (even though I had already paid for the room online before).

CComer the roamerThe staff was kind enough to hold my bag and let me use the restroom till my 3pm check-in. I got a room on the top floor, the view wasn’t great, but the room clean, spacious, and cool to the outside temperature. I appreciate a hotel room with a tub and big bathroom. All the channels were in German, but outside the hotel was a plethora of dining options!

^^___^The room is so warm as it’s facing west side.No AC, kettle, fan on request.
The shower amenity is old also the hairdryer. It doesn’t feel safe to use the hairdryer as you can tell the exterior has already melted bcos of the high temperature. We asked for a spare hairdryer but they don’t have one.
The breakfast was ok. The staffs were friendly.
