PPHHHHHHHHHHVery close to Mestre Station (2-3min walking). And equipped well done facilities and offer nice breakfast. The room is clean and also have separate toilet and bathroom, although washing area in public is a bit noisy in the morning. Overall, best choice for solo who wants short stay in Venice.

GGuest UserLocated just outside the Mestre station was such a huge deal for me as it was easy for me catch the train to Venice and other neighbouring towns I wanted to visit. They provided robes and the room was nice and clean with comfortable pillows. However as a tea drinker they didn’t provide a kettle and tea on the rooms which is the only downside of staying here but overall I enjoyed my stay there.

GGuest UserThis service apartment is close to train station and bus station. In addition, a big supermarket is just 5-minute walk from the apartment. The staff are nice and friendly and willing to answer our questions and share the information. The facilities are clean and tidy. It’s a good choice to stay here.

GGuest UserTypical Hilton so quality was not bad. Rather than paying v high hotel rates in Venice people should consider Hilton as it is v reasonable. There are two buses right outside the door with the 2nd stop that brings you to Venice bus terminals. You can walk in to Venice or take a ferry within 30 min with things to see whilst you are walking.
Another plus is that with a 5 to 10 min taxi ride you and your luggages will arrive at the door of Hilton without the trouble of taking your luggages to your hotel in Venice after transport through boats
But you need to time the return journey especially when the weather is cold or wet as it is hard to get a taxi in the evening when people are leaving after dinner.

DDzifPrime location for staying in Venice, literally opposite the train station into the city centre. Hotel was clean and comfortable for our 2 nights stay. Breakfast was nice enough to set you up for the day. I would recommend this hotel.

AAnonymous UserFew minutes walk to the tram stop and direct line to Venice approx 30 mins. Ask the locals about how to get a tram ticket online super easy. Friendly staff. Missed out on the breakfast as we got there so late but overall great place and good value.

BBudgetTravelerThe only complaint was about noise. I can hear people talk next door. Clear enough, but only if I understand their languages. I requested a quiet room and yes I we were arranged to nearly the last room of the floor, but the room isn't soundproof. It was very annoying because people were up late.
Excellent location: last bus stop before going on the bridge to Venice Island, so it's always crowded going out and returning. Something to consider if you need to sit or travel with kids or elderly.
Friendly staff: checking in was smooth.
Cleanliness: acceptable. Towels have some dirts on. The shared kitchen is small but packed with people. We just went to check it out, but it stinked.
Overall I think it was great. If your budget is limited, this is the best option.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there
