We had a really good time! Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway, especially when you partly also want to work remotely!

An amazing place for such a reasonable price! I got there super early and the friendly staff let me check in as soon as I arrived. They told me they do their best to accommodate this if they have the availability. The room was spotless, warm and had great products. The location was convenient and the public spaces were stellar. It’s a great place to congregate as there are plenty of break-out areas and a good restaurant. There are so many nice details in this hotel that I realised were lacking in other, more expensive hotels in this visit to Spain that made me appreciate The Social Hub even more in retrospect.

The staff and service was fantastic. Great that you can redeem your day bed booking on drinks at the bar!

Close to the Metro line 10. Great atmosphere and common room.

This is a very nice hotel for stays in Madrid , especially if you are travelling alone and need a space to socialise and work.also pretty good breakfast.

The environment is very good, the service is also very good, the location is excellent, it's a five-minute walk from the subway station, but even if the lights in the room are fully turned on, it's still very dim, and it's a bit difficult to put on makeup

This accommodation is very nice, spacious and comfortable. The public space is very large, which is very convenient for resting and communicating. Although the location is not in the city center, it is conveniently located and the environment is quiet, making it ideal for relaxation. And the price is super value, the CP value is really high for such quality, I recommend!

The public area is very novel, just like the name of this hotel, a large social center! Many young people gather here to eat, chat, drink, work, and have fun! The room is also very clean, but the lighting is dim, which is not very friendly for girls to put on makeup. Everything else is perfect! It's a pity that I didn't reserve enough time. I chose this hotel on my last night in Spain. I hurried to catch a flight back home the next morning. I didn't fully experience the atmosphere and facilities here. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Madrid!

The hotel is new but the room lights are all spotlights Dark and uncomfortable The water pressure is low but it is usable. It is not very comfortable to take a shower in winter.

The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic. The room we stayed in had a water leak (we didn't know about it when we returned to the hotel that night), and the hotel immediately took the initiative to change our room, which touched us very much. We must give a thumbs up to the hotel staff. We had to go to the airport early the next morning, and asked the staff to book a taxi in advance. The staff was very enthusiastic to help us make the reservation, and we are deeply grateful.

I am very satisfied with the reservation, the only drawbacks are the somewhat small room and a very noisy bed.

Excellent location, close to the Royal Palace, Plaza de España, etc., new design concept, young, enthusiastic service staff, and very fluent English communication, helpful, a very pleasant stay experience, worth recommending
