3-Star Hotels in Madrid

We had SUCH a great time staying at this hotel. We were showing our visiting family what Madrid has to offer and the location of the hotel is perfect for that. Close to the best restaurants and the Sol train station making it really easy to travel around the city. The staff were able to help with anything we needed, and the gifts waiting on our door in the morning were such a great surprise! We love this place and will definitely come back.

It was a very pleasant stay. It is close to Plenilunio Mall, about 7 minutes walking, also close to the airport. It is located in a quiet area. To be able to cook in the aprtment you need to make a deposit of 20 euros. Overall satisfied with the experience and the price

Habitaciones bien decoradas, de manera funcional. Baño impecable. Camas muy cómodas. Personal muy amable, servicial y joven. Los servicios de restauración, hay que pagarlos aparte. Hay minibar, pero vacío. Hay máquina de venta de aperitivos y bebidas, pero funciona, exclusivamente, con billetes de 5 €, devolviendo cambio. Inconveniente: está apartado del pueblo de Barajas, y del Aeropuerto. El taxi, desde la T1-T2-T3, cuesta aproximadamente 20 €. El taxi a la T-4, puede costar 24 € aproximadamente. Una de las ventajas que tiene, es que suele haber taxis parados junto a la puerta del hotel. El hotel queda lejos de las estaciones de metro, pero hay paradas de autobuses cercanas, que conectan con Madrid Canillejas.

Excelente atención! Estuvimos 2 veces Cdo llegamos y después antes de regresar. En las dos ovaciones estuvimos muy bien. La segunda vez, no tuvieron problema en cambiarnos de habitación, porque en primera instancia nos resultó un poco chica, después estuvimos muy cómodos, todo gestionado por los chicos de recepción. El desayuno muy bueno! Y buenas las cenas de La Carmela! Las mucamas muy amables!

I took my son to Madrid for his 21st birthday and booked a twin room. CONS - 1. At first I thought they’d put us in a double room as it looked like a double bed but it was actually 2 single beds pushed together. I was expecting the beds to be at least a few inches apart. This room was definitely not on the Loveholidays or *********** websites along with the other rooms advertised. 2. The room was very small and stuffy and had a musty smell to it. There was a little window that opened onto a messy rooftop and other adjoining walls of the hostel (pictures provided). Because of this there wasn’t any natural light coming into the room so it felt like it was night time the whole time we were there. I feel that we were given the worst room they had. 3. The mattresses were bigger than the actual bed bases and would tip over if you sat too close to the edge. 4. There was only 1 very thin pillow on each bed. 5. The toilet didn’t flush properly. 6. It was quite hot and musty in there. 7. No rubbish bin in the bedroom. 8. Shower either scalding hot or freezing cold. 9. Bathroom door was glass and no lock on it PROS 1. There was a built in safe inside the wardrobe. I wasn’t offered a key for this safe. I had to ask for it. 2. Right in the centre of Madrid. 3. Good WiFi connection. 4. Air conditioning

Ok so after reading reviews on here and on booking website it was mixed reviews I was worried and not I booked the room for £49.52 inc breakfast we was only here for one night we got a taxi from the airport to vertice roomspace it cost around €46 u can get a train however we weren’t sure where the train would stop the taxi driver didn’t know where the hotel was and stopped to ask for directions checked in fine receptionist was lovely and helpful u can pay additional for breakfast at €7 each if u didn’t book b&b the room well what can I say it’s basic I had to laugh literally a bed tv wardrobe and a desk air con didn’t work but it was cold anyway but if u come here in the summer u may wanna make sure it works the bathroom was small and the shower well u couldn’t swing a cat!!! I asked for another blanket as we were cold and they brought us one in madrid city centre isn’t far got the train which was €4.40 for x2 adults one way however cause we didn’t know how to use the ticket machine we ended up with a single so had to buy another to get bck u need the C3 line which takes u to sol which is the city centre bare in mind when u buy a ticket it only accepts card not cash but the main stations accept cash literally a 20-30 min train ride overall the hotel is ok for 1 night anymore than that I would choose something else Breakfast was standard the hot food scrambled egg sausages and bacon didn’t look every warm so didn’t touch that the breakfast was ok continental style I’ve had better breakfast else where in all honestly for 1 night it was fine the bed was comfy only thing is another pillow and another blanket and it would have been good Downstairs there is a little break room with vending machines to get food and also microwaves which I thought was a nice little touch

The environment is relatively new, relatively clean and simple, but the bathroom is a bit old. The service attitude is very good, and the good English people at the front desk are very good at communicating. The first room I stayed in had a smell. The front desk was very nice and helped me change the room immediately.

We stayed at the Regente for a week. We had read mixed reviews but from the first minutes of our arrival at the hotel we knew it would be just fine. Reception staff were helpful throughout our stay and communication was no problem. Breakfast was very good with courteous staff - one has to keep in mind this is a three star hotel not the Marriot. The room was ok too if smallish - in fact the smallest on the 7th floor where we stayed. This floor has a split level in the corridors which was a pain but that could not be helped. Street noise was negligible considering the hotel's location on the busiest street in Madrid! Amenities were excellent throughout, and there is a cute cafe just off the reception area with lovely staff and ideal for a few minutes relaxation before going out or returning to your room. Our only gripe is the room furniture especially where it concerns storage of clothing which we found limited - but then, I am a design specialist bound to find fault with things like this. We hated that useless sculptural holder or whatever it is (which appears in the official photo) and would have preferred a small storage unit for personal effects. We also hated the towel rack inside the wet area of the shower - should be outside. But these are minor issues. Best of all however is the hotel location. It is bang in the middle of everything with metro stations all around, shopping centres just across the street, restaurants everywhere and places of interest all within walking distance! It was simply a fantastic experience. I would recommend this hotel any day to anyone and when we do Madrid again, this will be undoubtedly our first choice.

Ótimo custo beneficio, localização excelente, walking distance de vários locals turísticos. Apesar de estar no Centro não se houve barulho , o quarto esta equipado com janelas anti ruído, Limpeza diaria. Tem um café moderninho no terreo mto procidencial.

The hotel was in a great location only a couple of blocks to a subway station or you could easily walk to other squares and restaurants. The rooms were very clean, the working air conditioning worked very well. Staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful in giving directions or giving suggestions on areas to dine.
