My favourite Hotel in Permas Jaya. Rooms are clean and front desk very polite and friendly. Hotel will take care of your parking coupon as well.

Bad experience 1. Air-conditioner was not cold and leaking. 2. Tap does not have hot water option. 3. Water heater pump was from old machine pump. The water was not hot at all. 4. Shampoo, bath gel, and conditioner pump was difficult to pump. Need to pull the head to pump again. Good experience 1. Breakfast was ok. 2. Front desk service was friendly. It was not worth RM200++ at all.

One of the best stay I had ever feel. Strategic location + good services + comfortable room stay ! Such a great stay there. Really recommended !

Strategic location with : 1. few Foot reflexology besides hotel 2. Chinese Kopitiam same row 3. Mamak restaurants nearby (walking distance) 4. Coffee Bean, MoonLight cafe, KFC, Starbucks, grocery shops & some shops within walking (~500m) / short driving distance (less than 5 min) However for the maintenance, best for hotel to upkeep a higher standard. There’s leaking at the toilet bowl.

Convenient place, have a lot food store and massage store nearby. Just walking distance can eat Lok Lok.

Very near to regency hospital... Recommended to relative who want to visit or doing treatment at regency hospital

Arrived at the hotel at 4pm and check in process was smooth. Given bag of remote control tv and aircond. Wifi was good. Put deposit rm50. Room smell good bedsheet was clean. But the bathroom door cannot close. But its okay because i just stay for one night. The aircond was good but i dont know how to use the tv 🤣. Many mamak restaurant nearby and close to AEON. Checkout process smooth and return deposit. Tq to receiptionist.

The place is very easy to find. However the hotel is very much lacking but for me stay with family just for sleep is acceptable. The shower tap is very slow & the bidet wire is leaking There is no space to pray The floor with no tiles or carpet, very much naked simens

i tell only that the hotel was very clean and beoutefull.i am very happy to leave here
