The location is very good. I stayed here for one night before my flight. It’s very convenient to get in and out and take a taxi. It’s clean and safe. The front desk service is friendly and there are warm reminders. You deserve it!

Don’t take 1st and 2nd floor rooms. Air duct leak. Confirming breakfast was with the room took too long. It’s an old property. Not worth too much price.

Property located near us embassy within 2. 4 km area. Location is ok but hotel is good and room service is excellent. Value of your money is not wasted. I recommend to all pl stay in this hotel

The hotel is located on a busy street however they do have their own little parking. The service however is a little disturbing as they keep disturbing u to check you're gonna check out or not and to remind u of breakfast .. also they won't allow any deliveries which was really disappointing. The rooms are in immaculate condition. Super clean.. good amenities..just some policies need working on..4/5

The hotel is located just 1 km away from the local station which is very convenient. Also there are medical shops and a supermarket store within 300m distance. Now coming to the rooms, even the basic room is quite big and spacious as well as very neat and clean. The staff is also very helpful and minds its own business. Since santacruz is near to middle on the western line and this hotel is just 1 km away from the local station, i highly recommend this for stays as it becomes very easy to travel in mumbai using local.
