I am currently in Orchha and staying at this lousy hotel. We are a family of 9 and have occupied 4 rooms and it has been a literal hell for us. We still have a couple of days left and we feel like running away to another nearby hotel but since we have already paid up there is nothing we can do. Their customer unfriendly service is evident from the wifi password they have setup which is "checkout10am" . This gives you an insight into their mindset where customers are just for exploiting and everything the hotel does is transactional. I found almost 5-6 cockroaches in my children's room. I actually caught a live cockroach and showed the staff and had to change the room after dinner. Today on 29th Dec, 2024 we ordered dinner ala carte and we are left waiting for over an hour. We raised it with the waiter, the restaurant manager and no one really paid heed to our complaint. Finally out of disgust all 7 of us left without eating any dinner. including my father in law who is 72 years old.They then had the audacity to send some junior staff with the dinner order in our rooms and we obviously flatly refused. It seems they have no idea of customer service and the leadership from the top condones such an unhealthy attitude towards paying customers. MUST AVOID AT ALL COSTS, EVEN IF OFFERED FOR FREE....

I Believe that it must be the best resort at Orchha. Comfortably located just 2 kms before the town centre of Orchha in a vast compound catering to tourists and wedding or other events in their open lawns or the halls. Ample parking for buses and cars in the compound. Big lawns, a swimming pool, a gymnasium etc, all that you will find in a 5 star resort. The rooms are big and well stocked and the bathrooms are quite big too with lot of light falling from the ceiling of an adjacent glass separated enclosure. The service is good. Food at Annajal restaurant is good too. Overall the stay here was comfortable and wonderful.
