Hotel location is convenient for people who travel by metro. Different brands of convenience store around the hotel.

Booked this hotel because of its closeness to Shin Osaka station. And It was right choice! Very convenient to spend a night when you came to Osaka by plane and you need just to crash a bed. They also provide breakfast which is okay: eggs, bakery, potato salad, coffee, juice etc.

Rooms were a tad bit smaller than the one we stayed at Saitama (another hotel chain), but the facilities were nicer, and the room was clean and good. If you're only planning to sleep in your room, and want somewhere close to a main station, it's a really good choice. Would stay again 100% percent.

Quite close to shinkansen station and with Family Mart right beside it.

The hotel is located at the north exit of Shin-Osaka Station, about 10 minutes away. The room is clean, the bed is not too thin, and you can open two large cabinets at the same time

The station is about a 6-minute walk away, so it's quite accessible. There is a drink server at the front desk, which you can use freely until midnight. The room is minimal, and the desk was quite small for working. It's fine if you're just staying overnight. The room had a humidifier, but it was heated, so it was very noisy. I turned it off at night because it woke me up. There was also only one pillow (quite small). The hardness of the front and back of the pillow was different, but the material from the hard side seemed to have mixed in with the soft side, making the soft side rough and uncomfortable to use. Personally, I would have liked there to be two different types of pillows. The room was on the top floor, but it faced the main road, so the sound of motorcycles echoed quite a lot. There were motorcycle gangs deliberately revving their engines every day, which was very noisy.

Facilities: Complete, small but complete. Hygiene: Very good, very clean. Environment: Great, very close to the subway entrance, with a lot of food nearby. Service: Very good attitude, check-in and check-out are fast.

I stayed here after flying from Narita to KIX. I mainly traveled to Kyoto, but I heard that all the hotels in Kyoto are expensive, so I decided to stay in Osaka instead. It's about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, so it's easily accessible. I had a single room on the second floor, but there was a main road right next to it, so it was a bit noisy. I was tired so I was able to sleep, but I'm not sure if you're sensitive. I booked a room only plan, but breakfast was 700 yen extra. There wasn't a lot of food, but it was enough for breakfast. I got the impression that there were a lot of men who seemed to be businessmen on business trips.

Normal hotel for one night. If you need longer, it is better to stay somewhere else. The location is next to the train station. There are USB sockets, which is rare in Japan, respect. The rooms are small, shabby.

I was mostly satisfied with my stay. The only thing that bothered me was that the staff member who helped me when I left and collected my luggage after checking out seemed a bit cold. I don't expect them to be overly friendly, but I think the last impression is important.
