Amazing clean and quiet hotel. Although it’s been fully booked throughout the week we were there you barely hear or see other people around which is great for that peace and quiet you want during your holiday. Beautiful pool, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff are all so friendly and warm hearted, they take care of your needs and make you feel at home. Staying here feels like you’re home. Definitely a place I would come back to if I return to Pattaya.

Excellent hotel with excellent staff, quiet and peaceful. Off the main road which cuts out traffic noise. Nearby shops and restaurants too!

Good services and staff but location is far from town

Nice pool, hotel is quite new. Rooms are big with nice balcony. Did not try the breakfast. May take long to get a taxi (grab). Staff charged an expensive price for lost room card which is not cool at all

It is shown on Ctrip as a newly opened hotel with no bad reviews. But it is really not suitable for children to live in! It is not suitable for friends who travel! The hotel has four floors and each room has a balcony. We booked a double room with 2 breakfasts. Ctrip showed that we needed to pay the fee with our children, but there were only two of us who had breakfast, so the service staff did not let us pay. The deposit for accommodation is 500. There are three service staff at the front desk, all of them are very enthusiastic. The hotel does not have a doorman and takes the card upstairs to the room. 1. The geographical location has no advantages. You need to take a taxi to go anywhere. Even if you go to the beach, you need to take a taxi. It is at least 20 minutes walk from the nearest beach. You can see the pictures and specially locate them. Whether you go to Jomtien Beach, Pattaya Beach, or any night market, you need to take a taxi. It is very inconvenient. 2. The hotel is in the alley, surrounded by open space. It takes 6 minutes to walk to the nearest 7-11. It is too dark and unsafe to walk at night. 3. I don't know if the bottom of the hotel pool is too old or not cleaned properly (this is a new hotel on Ctrip), I didn't dare to let my children swim after I found out. You can watch videos on agoda, and there are pictures posted by guests. Breakfast is a set meal, probably because there are not many choices due to the small number of guests. 4. Each room has a balcony, which is good, but ants were found in the bathroom and on the table.

The front desk service attitude is really good. Nothing to say. They are also very friendly to Chinese people. It was a very good experience. There was welcome juice and the minibar was also fully stocked. The only downside is that it is still under renovation and may be a bit noisy.

Very satisfied, clean and sanitary environment, convenient

The hotel is in a prime location, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the environment is pleasant, all the staff are attentive and warm, the front desk lady Arisa is particularly gentle, with strong business skills and service awareness. It was a very satisfying trip.

The hotel's infrastructure is OK, but the disadvantage is that it is located in a remote area.

The most favorite hotel in Pattaya for a relaxing holiday! The pool is beautiful and deep! Very nice staff! Clean rooms, delicious breakfast! We'll definitely be back!

Very warm hotel, the young lady at the front desk is enthusiastic, and will patiently help us solve problems when encountering problems. If you like quietness, you can choose this hotel! The environment of the hotel is very good, and it is convenient to eat. The location of the hotel is called Grab, which is very convenient for travel. It is very close to the bus station from Pattaya to Bangkok. If you want to go to Jomtien Beach and Sanctuary of Truth, the business district is not far away!
