Qingdao Hotels with Bars

This is an hotel hotel that is centrally located to May 4th touristy areas. Breakfast spread was fine, offering a great variety. However, the room itself is a bit run down and the towels had stains on them when we first checked in. There is only one English speaking staff and everyone is very helpful but is not able to communicate in English. There is a convenient store just at the lobby. Pool was average. They have an indoor one which requires a swimming cap and the pool itself is very basic... overall, it was a good stay/value but I cannot strongly recommend it.

It is walking distance to the metro and a huge shopping malls. Starbucks is just down stairs. Perfect place for business travelers that uses metro to work and wanted to take a walk after a long day at work; May Forth Square

The location is perfect, breakfast is the best , although rooms need some renovation but instead it has great staff, Jennifer and Tina were so kind, and I was surprised Wendy who cleans 7th floor was super kind and with good English, if I were the manager of hotel I assign her for front desk that needs proficiency in English

A great location for a holiday trip. There was plenty to do. The hotel amenities had something for everyone. I wished the outdoors pools and grounds were unkept a little more. On the way to the beach the boardwalk was destroyed. The building is a little old and could use some updating for the rooms but they staff works hard to keep things clean, orderly, and organized. Staff were very helpful from Check-in to checkout. Food options were plentiful. And the view was amazing.

All the staff were simply awesome, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a great variety of options to start the day right. Our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the breathtaking sea view from the top floor. Watching the waves and the sunset from such a vantage point was a truly unforgettable experience. We also loved the tea time and happy hour—it added such a delightful touch to our stay. We also had an opportunity to join the 'adopt a paper pet' event, it was fun (thanks Grace) This was an outstanding experience, and we look forward to visiting Qingdao HaiTian!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has amazing facilities with staff who provide a friendly, professional, and efficient service. I visited Qingdao for my wife birthday trip and stayed at the hotel in St. Regis Qingdao for one night. I felt very good with the kind hospitality of the staff from the moment I arrived at the hotel. When I arrived at the lobby, I was informed of the room by the staff Ms. Eva. She was very kind and the service was very good. She prepared tea and cake for my wife for her birthday and informed me of the information needed to use the hotel. We were very surprised and touched by her service. I would like to thank the hotel staff Ms. Eva, for her help in the condition of the room and the birthday event. I look forward to seeing you again next time! Thank you very much. Ms. Eva :)

Wonderful place to stay, The beach view and the room design was amazing, it's a bit far from downtown but it's the best choice for a couple relaxed holiday. We only tried Breakfast there and it definitely included what we like to have in the morning, cheese, veggies, fruits, etc. A day ahead to our arrival to the Hotel, Mr.Benjiamin added us on wechat and showed the hotel hospitality, he also offered us a free upgrade to executive room. The front desk staff were nice and professional and one of the ladies walked with us till our room and gave us a brief about the hotel. It was a nice weekend thanks to all The Lalu hotel staff, looking forward to staying there again.

A great location to stay. Many places to visit are closer to the hotel. And it feels like home. The surrounding is quiet at night. Or even peaceful. But many things are shown that it has been renewed somewhat while ago. You can see wear and tear. The tv in the room doesn’t support 4K. I felt like I moved back to the 20th century. The crews of the hotel are helpful and showed me hospitality. So do I have a plan to sleep there again? It’s complicated.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel with great amenities off provided in the room and even laundry facilities available for free in order for guests to use. In addition, the check in process was seamless even if we didn’t speak Chinese as they were able to use google translate to communicate and allow us to check in. Wen Qiao was especially a standout as we were having some issues connecting to the WiFi and others were just saying that it wouldn’t have been possible to connect but she took the extra step of finding a way to do so without a Chinese number. She played a huge part in starting off the stay at the hotel in such a welcoming way by taking the extra step to help resolve the issue  and made us feel welcome even if we didn’t speak Chinese.
