I ordered food to be delivered to my room once. It was missing half of what was supposed to be there. It was also 35 minutes late from when they said it would be delivered. And it was cold.
Another night I was waiting for the front desk to pick up the phone for 50 minutes. At 10pm.
Another night the two front desk agents I talked to were very confused. The first one gave me wrong info, and the second one corrected what I was told, but then sent me away to come back later.
I really like GSR, and I really enjoy the pool, the rooms are beautiful, the nonsmoking rooms are great, etc. But I do feel they could use a massive customer service training overhaul.
