We booked a one bedroom condo at this resort for the end of October 2023. The location of the facility right in the heart of downtown Santa Fe was very convenient. When we arrived after regular office hours, we were able to get our key from the lockbox, but we had a difficult time locating our unit, We found it by exiting the main part of the second floor onto the courtyard patio. Our unit was right off of the patio, which made it very private. It was quite cold when we were there so there was no one sunning themselves on the patio or using the grills. The bed and the living room furniture were comfortable. The kitchen setup was sufficient for two people, which is the capacity of our unit. I do wish that timeshare kitchens included a pizza pan and pizza cutter, but none that we have stayed at so far has had them. It could use two potholders. There was only one. Otherwise, there were sufficient kitchen tools. Figuring out how to turn on the heat was a bit tricky. Instructions were posted on the wall next to the thermostat, but I wasn't really sure I was doing it correctly, but we did get heat so I guess I did it right. The unit was decorated with a southwestern theme, which is what one would expect in Santa Fe. There is a little variety store on the next block, and the shopping district (art, clothing, jewelry, souveniers, etc.) is around the corner, but there is no actual grocery store within walking distance. Museums and art galleries are a 15 minute walk away. Over all, it is a very nice place to stay in Santa Fe.
