Well located, across Madison from SU. The rooms are comfortable, well-cared for, and the desk staff are great. Room service is friendly and prompt. The food from Jimmy’s downstairs is good, if a hair pricey to be delivered as room service. I rested well, there. However, it gets quite active and noisy in SU family weekends.

I facilitated a training session at the Silver Cloud hotel and Jose and Danny were fantastic in supporting the company I worked with and our participants. And with my stay, the hotel and staff provided first-class service, and my hotel room was amazing!

It’s a nice hotel, nothing really noteworthy to complain about. The beds are comfortable, the pillows actually are decent which seems to be a rarity these days It’s right across the street from the Swedish medical campus and there is a discount offered to medical tourists . ADVICE FOR MEDICAL TOURISTS: if you have to stay a few days after your procedure (I had to stay two more nights post op) - think about what food you will eat. The restaurant, which I assume is just a leased space on the ground floor, does NOT have a menu with you in mind. They’ve turned pretty much every menu item into some flavor gimmick - even the chicken soup has some weird flavor to it, it was gross . Unfortunately I have to go back in two months for a second operation. This time we are bringing things we can cook in the in room microwave - I’ll eat Cup a Soup instant noodles for a week before ever ordering the chicken soup off the Jimmys menu . Room service is from the restaurant- burger, CUP of soup, two pieces of toast - $63.00 (including tip)

We didn't want to stay in the heart of downtown, but rather a bit closer to Capitol Hill. Not a lot of hotels in that neighborhood specifically, but this hotel in First Hill was close enough to walk (to CapHill and downtown). Our corner king room was spacious and comfortable. We found easy street parking nearby. The lobby had ample seating if you're waiting for friends. We had no complaints and were happy with our choice!

Spacious Family room with two double beds. Clean and comfortable beds, bathroom is a little dated but functional. The service was mixed and felt rather transactional. We ate breakfast out each morning at Skillet but they do offer breakfast at Jimmys. Some reception staff were helpful and others did the bear minimum. Hotels were pricy in this area but this felt over priced for the service and experience.
