Yitel Collection (Shanghai train station)

Room is abit small but just fine for solo traveller. Pls book a bigger room if coming as a couple

I was greeted warmly by the staff and the accommodation was cleaner than I thought. There is a convenience store under the building. Although there are many metro lines, I would recommend taking the red line and exit 3. It is most convenient when you have a big suitcase.

This hotel is located very close (5 min walk) to metro line 1 so it has easy access to city center, as well as Shanghai Railway Station. The room was spacious and clean when I arrived but occasionally the bathroom smelled of smoke, but would disappear after a while. Staff were polite and friendly and check in and out was quick and easy. I would recommend to stay here.
