The hotel is in a good location, a few minutes walk from the subway station, surrounded by restaurants, convenient parking. The rooms are bright, the interior is warm, and the bedding is white. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is large and clean everywhere. The waiter on the fourth floor is warm and the service is thoughtful. The breakfast buffet is varied and nutritious. It's just that the mattress springs are a bit uncomfortable.

#Negative review# Disappointed with the price/performance ratio; the first time I stayed at this home, the real feeling was worse than the hotel I had stayed in before. 1 Old decoration style 2 The air conditioner is not easy to use. There is no hot air at all. I liked this hotel because it locats in the centre of the city, subway station is a few minutes walk. It is so convenient to get around in the city. The room size is ok, and the carpets are a bit of worn-out. I liked the swimming pool, it made my stay a lot better and no bath in the bathroom was not relevant anymore.

Walking distance from Shenyang Train Station. Next to a major pedestrian shopping street, Taiyuan Lu, with a supermarket. The ”Little Europe District” on Zhongshan Lu, with Western restaurants and sidewalk cafes, is walking distance. 9th floor facilities are great--gym, pool table, Western restaurant, patio dining (no wifi, though). 23rd floor partment 1-br suite was great for the price: not luxurious but clean and well-maintained, comfy bed, kitchen with basic equipment (convection stove, not gas, unfortunately), no noise, no odors. Friendly English-speaking staff. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will come again.

Best hotel in Shenyang. Location is close to everywhere. Customer service is outstanding. Views from restaurants and hotel rooms are incredible. Major department store with lots of dining restaurants is just downstairs of the hotel. Will definitely book again and recommend to all my families and friends.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable, and the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was commendable. While the room price included breakfast for two, we were unable to avail of this offer due to our fasting during Ramadan. However, we definitely plan to take advantage of it next time. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, surrounded by numerous shops, and is a convenient 30-minute drive from the city center. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to address the issue of doors banging early in the morning when the cleaning staff enters the rooms. It startled us a few times until we got accustomed to it. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

It is said to be one of the best hotels in Shenyang. The lobby is on the 25th floor, and the Vientiane City is downstairs. It is super convenient for eating and shopping. Yesterday was Christmas Eve, and there were activities in the hotel lobby bar, which created a full atmosphere. This stay experience was also great👍. The hotel front desk service was warm and thoughtful. I would like to especially mention Sophia and Kevin. Every detail was impeccable. I really felt the enthusiasm of the people of Shenyang. The room is clean and well designed, and the aunt on the floor is also very polite. All in all, it was a satisfying and satisfying stay experience! See you next time at Shenyang Grand Hyatt Hotel

Friend suggested an international hotel because most local hotels struggle/can’t welcome foreigners. I decided on the Westin and it was nothing short of amazing, great service, helpful staff and beautiful finishes. I even got a room upgrade so that made my short trip even sweeter!
