Very young English speaking receptionist, friendly and helpful. The room is small but it's enough for 2 persons, clean and comfortable.

Small and cozy home like hostel

Very nice hotel. Rooms are Japanese standard so not very big but there was everything I needed

It is fine... Room is clean and shower booth is not bad. But some guys smokes cigarettes around or even in the cabin which will send smokes and stink right upto your room.

The room layout is quite strange. The bathroom has no place to hang clothes. The price is quite good. It is safe.

The staff were very friendly and even though it was raining and the weather was bad, they asked if I was okay, which made me happy. Asakusa is also close by, so you can go sightseeing while taking a walk. I would like to use it again.

The bed is big enough for two people to sleep in, and the mattress is very comfortable. The shower room is very small, and tall people probably can't bend down. It's very good to be able to help change the garbage bag. The room is small, and there is no extra space after spreading out two boxes. The location is average. It takes ten minutes to walk to the subway station and one stop to Ueno by bus, so tourists have to take 178 yen per stop every time they go out, and they have to transfer, which is not very convenient. It takes 20 minutes more to go out than from Ueno Station. Overall, it's pretty good. The front desk has good English, which is convenient for communication, and there is a large public space on the first floor. Very cost-effective

It was close to Asakusa, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and in good condition.

The room is very small as indicated but has windows and is clean. Considering the prices in Tokyo, the quality/price ratio is ok. We had advised to be able to do the late check in by midnight instead of 11pm and we were told ok, when we arrived the structure was closed, no one answered our calls/emails and intercom. We managed to enter, thanks to other guests at 1.20 in the morning and by knocking on the staff's doors we woke up the receptionist who then made us check in. A serious disservice.
