Always an incredible experience! Central location, accommodating staff, and often a great place to provide some respite from the ever-increasing party atmosphere that was formerly confined to the beach resorts of Tulum. I've found the rooftop an especially beautiful place to commune with the birds - as it is among the highest points in downtown Tulum.
Food is incredible, affordable, and service is outstanding. As I've been a visitor of this place for years, I've seen the ups and downs of the facilities - but it's obvious that management has made some wise hiring decisions and the improvement is obvious.
Centrally located - close to bus station and 'hotspots' but provides bicycles for the short ride to the beach - which is a little long, in terms of walking distance.

Very good stay. The swimming pool and outdoor cinema are pleasant.
Top staff, good advice.
The rooftop is very cool.
The air conditioning is a little too strong in the sleeping area and needs to be turned down.
The dilapidated kitchen no longer seems suitable for the establishment's frequentation (backpackers).

It's good that it's right next to the Adeo Terminal. But don't expect facilities or hygiene. Still, it was nice to be not far from downtown.

The place is so nice, the staff so friendly. Even in shared rooms beds are private and also so comfortable. I have been traveling and staying at different hostels and probably this is the most comfortable so far, hope to be back soon. Ask for the house Margaritas, they are greaaat

This hotel charged my creditcard three times without my approval. My daughter payed cash but the keep charging my creditcard. I try to get my money back but the don t answer my mails and calls. So don t book this hotel with a creditcard!!! Only pay cash when you arrive otherwise you will get in problems.
