I have stayed in the All Seasons so many times, and this is the worst experience so far. The main reason is that the room can't set the heating by itself. Especially in early April, the night temperature in Wuxi was only a little over 10 degrees. In addition, I didn't bring extra thick clothes when I came to travel, so I felt cold every time I returned to the room. I considered asking the front desk whether the warm air could be adjusted, but when I saw the warm reminder that ”the central air conditioner will be uniformly operated in a single mode”, I lost the desire to consult and communicate. Another small problem is that the hot and cold indication signs of the shower are unclear, and the position of turning off the water outlet does not match the position of the sticker prompt. You need to turn it a little more in the direction of hot water to completely turn off the water. It is really hard to believe that a hotel at this price will set a unified single mode with this logic. Shouldn't it be that the temperature is constant in summer and winter, and the temperature is variable in spring and autumn, so that guests can adjust it themselves? I feel that my cold has worsened because of this. I am a little angry. People feel uncomfortable when they have a cold. The logic of the expression may not be good. Forgive me. I will never come to this store again, and even have a slightly bad impression of the All Seasons brand.

It may have just been renovated, there is some smell, the air purifier is put, but some humidifiers are still not available, many facilities are not complete. The windows of the room I stayed in could not be closed at all, the overall room was average, and the decoration began in the morning on weekends.

臨時有事入住了全季，大堂很明亮寬敞，很快辦理好入住，工作人員也很熱情，會主動打招呼，房間面積稍小一點不過環境不錯很整潔，有機器人可以送餐，早餐品種挺多的，下次出行還會選擇全季~

我要讚揚一下這家全季酒店。一到酒店進去大堂以後就有一陣香味，問了前台才知道是叫禪茶的香氣，很喜歡，前台小女孩就主動給了我一個像香水一樣的一樣味道的香氛，挺驚喜的，服務真不錯呀。一進入房間，床鋪平整，乾乾淨淨整整齊齊，看着就舒服，衞生間我看了也很乾凈，讓我覺得很放心呀。 我雖然不太喜歡健身，但是這裏的健身器材是真心不錯，我朋友説少見全季的健身房會有這麼好的健身器材的，這挺加分的。 還有早餐。酒店的早餐種類豐富多樣，從 麪，餛飩，小籠包，粥，炒菜，糕點，水果，牛奶，飲料等很多。而且，味道也很棒。餐廳的環境也很優雅，餐廳外面還有個小庭院，很愜意，服務人員態度熱情周到。 其實我要資環的還是酒店的環境。酒店門口就有個小園林，其實也不小啦，風景還是很不錯，拍照也是個好地方，我非常滿意這次入住體驗，也會把這家酒店推薦給更多的朋友。希望酒店能夠繼續保持這樣的高標準，為更多的客人提供優質的服務。

The hotel facilities are very new, clean and tidy; the hotel service staff (including the cleaning aunt) are warm and polite, and actively help us solve the problem. The location of the hotel is very good, the night view from the room at night is beautiful; the transportation is also very convenient, 5 or 6 minutes walk from the open park and commercial street of Chong'an Temple; there are some well-known local old restaurants and fashion restaurants in Wuxi around, very convenient.
