That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

The front desk lady was warm and polite. I upgraded to the 4th floor deluxe lake view room for free. The balcony has a wide view, looking out to the hundred-acre lotus pond and the unobstructed view of Taihu Lake. It was refreshing to lie on the bed and face the beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake. It is very convenient to visit Nianhua Bay. I will stay here again next time I have the chance.

We take our dogs on vacation every weekend to enjoy it. This time we choose an apartment. But to be honest, I am not very satisfied with this apartment. The facilities are a bit old. Although the room is OK and relatively spacious, the facilities inside are a bit old. There is no warm family feeling. Although you can cook, the induction cooker heats very slowly and cannot meet the cooking conditions. 如果店家主理人會看到這條評價的話，相信是願意做好持續經營的。 一、諮詢，溝通服務表達不錯 1. 當天到達時還在下大雨，出發時已停雨，傘都放在包裏，停車場有些不便於高跟鞋踩下去的積水，衹好電話前台，前台很快就來接應了，點贊！ 2. 問到早餐時前台回覆衹有麪條或者餛飩，因為考慮到成本，衹有人多時會豐富些，原因回答真實，點贊！ 3. 諮詢用餐時前台介紹了周邊的農家樂，點贊！ 二、入住體驗 1. 房間是真的緊湊，有種進入房間所有陳設撲面而來的感覺，硬是在有限的空間裏搭配了能夠滿足客人的擺放。 2. 其實這家民宿晚上乃至周邊都很安靜的，是看書還是發呆，都很適合，屬於散心型，但是越到晚上外面的交通信號燈的提醒聲就越清晰，對於睡眠不好的客人來説真是很頭大。 3. 過道地板是真的卡卡響，這麼幽靜的小院，各房間緊挨着，有點聲音就很吵人。 4. 院裏的三花貓很可愛，貓咪是很安靜的動物，不過無意間從客用區看到後面有貓咪居住的地方，確實整理的不行，農家使用器具，個人用品閑散放着，又是玻璃門，看來考慮的很不周到，也許是我多慮了，野趣民宿就需要帶點凌亂美。 三、衞生直觀感受 1.如圖所示，房間的各個邊沿，角落，開關，牆面，陽台頂面，煙感裝置的蒼蠅屎，客用毛巾的破絮和洗滌後暗暗的顏色，投影儀上的灰塵給客户感覺就是無法認同。 四、建議商家 1. 前台接聽電話時，首先是您好，這裡是既見桑梓民宿，不是“喂”。 2.如遇大雨天，可提醒客人到達後聯繫商家，商家購買大傘接應客人，尤其是攜長者和小孩的家庭。 3. 衞生檢查仔細有效，和有沒有多少員工無關，客人來自不同地方，衞生要求都是一樣的，乾淨，舒適！ 4. 早餐多元化，量小但品種多些，簡單的餛飩或者麪條其實除了方便，到街上也能吃到。宜興和浙江的民宿同樣是五百多的房間，早餐很豐富，店家説的最多的一句話就是，早餐要吃好才有力氣玩。 5. 後院收拾一下，不管是用具還是貓窩等，規整比散在會議室直觀的好，而且給客户感覺就是店家對於不起眼的地方也是整理的有條不紊。

I hoped to arrange a quieter room before checking in, and it was also satisfied. The guest room is quiet and comfortable, the decoration is low-key and luxurious, and there is a warm welcome letter, fruit, and dessert for dinner. All details are done very thoughtfully and attentively. The hotel package I bought also includes a small banquet dinner for two. I almost forgot it. Fortunately, the housekeeper reminded me and made an appointment. I had a meal on the day of check-in. They contacted me before check-in to explain the check-in matters; there were fragrant lily flowers in the hotel lobby, and the overall decoration of the hotel was simple and distinctive; the child liked the frog arrangement in the room, and he said he didn't want to leave; the electric kettle, toilet, hair dryer, tea bags and many other supplies are of good quality, which is in line with my personal daily life habits, and can compete with the five-star hotels I have stayed in before (of course, the overall temperament and price of five-star hotels are still different, but some supplies are not as good as this one). Finally, I have to praise their breakfast, a Western breakfast, one serving per person, fresh ingredients, and a comfortable dining environment .

It is like going to a friend’s home. The afternoon tea for the two is particularly exquisite. The next day, I still tasted a very authentic Sichuan hot pot in the yard. It is only ten minutes away from the nearby play. You can order from the proprietress one day in advance, you can get 10 yuan cheaper each, and go to the legendary Nianhua Bay in the afternoon until the evening. The drive is only 15 minutes. The beautiful scenery at night is nothing to say bad except for the high consumption of many people. I recommend this one, at least next time I would love to take my family back.
