Booked a family room but stayed here for skiing. After skiing, I found that the spray gun at the hotel entrance was not working and couldn't clean the snowboard. I reported it to the person who rented the snow equipment in B1 and he said that the engineering department would come. I waited for 20 minutes but no one came. I was shivering with cold. Skiers who stayed here and wanted to clean their snow equipment said that it didn't work yesterday. It's a nice hotel with bad details!

If you go up the 22nd cable, you can slide directly to the cableway. If you go up the 1st and 3rd cables, you need to walk a little further up; Hygiene: The room is relatively clean. I would like to especially thank a male cleaner on the 3rd floor of Area A. He helped to replenish the water and paper towels in the room, which was very sufficient and kind; Service: The concierge service was very good from the time of check-in. He helped to take the luggage to the room and helped to take the luggage to the car when leaving the hotel. During the stay, almost every service staff took the initiative to say hello. The front desk and lobby manager were very polite. I felt very good during the stay. In short, I will come again!
