Hua Yi Hotels in Zhuhai

First time at hotel and this place service are outstanding especially the concierge services, the guys were truly amazing and very helpful, one of the best. Room was good, had the view of the shopping areas, seeing people moving about. I do daily exercise and went to gym room, it was neat with good exercise machines but I was disappointed at the cleanliness which must say is quite poor and bad for this standard of hotel. I know the swimming pool is out of used but gym was allowed and there was no one at the receptionists area and there was 4 treadmills but one was broken, have no idea if the management is aware of it. Then in one of the treadmills there are holders for bottles and someone must have finished their breakfast or what and after having fruit they things the fruit waste inside the water holder and the used towels was everywhere on the bench and table. Clearly no one was cleaning it. I stayed for 2 days and 2nd day went guessed what the fruit waste was still in the treadmills holder and it was rotten away so it is true to my understanding no one is cleaning even though there is a cleaning lady, LOL it must be just there for display and no action. Plus the water machine can be used but no cups to use, i wondered if guests is supposed to use their hands for holding water. Then there is the towel, there are only a few small exercise towels outside the receptionist area and there was small swimming large towel i asked the cleaner if they had small ones, she days no, well am thinking why leave large towels when you only have gym room. Well apart from the gym I think it is a great hotel. Plus do clean the gym room.

I have been staying at this hotel numerous time and was very disappointed this time. Don't get me wrong but the service of the hotel and staff are all first class but was very disappointed with a staff at the fitness centre, as I am a health person, I have to book a hotel that has a fitness centre, after check in I went to do my exercise and after signing in as usual I ask for staff for a towel as I am a sweaty person. Guessed what she said to me ”No we don't give out towel, you need to bring your own from your room” I was shocking, I wanted to reason with her that I have no been rejected with a towel each time I stay here. So I had to do my exercise without a towel and drench with sweat and smelly, I was completely disappointed. I thought to myself when did this changed. So next day i went to do exercise but brought my own towel, well actually I asked the cleaner on my floor if I can get extra towel and she asked why I, is it not enough to use, I say, ”no” to take to fitness centre because they wouldn't give it to me. The cleaning lady say no they should give to you, it is their duty, I told her they say no, I need to bring from room but the lady was very nice, she let me take whatever I want but she said, she never heard of it. Upon my check out, I asked the front desk if this policy has changed and they were shocked as well, they says ”No” they have to give you towel and one of the staff says he went yesterday and they asked for it and they give him. I say no, they wouldn't give it to me, they says they will speak with the fitness centre, I do hope they will speak with them as I think it is stupid that I need to bring a towel myself. I hope next time I wouldn't occur this situation again. Disappointed with it this time.

Hotel room was cozy and comfortable and comparable to some 5-star hotel under Marriott Group. Hotel staff Ms Liang（ 梁小姐 ） and Ms Chen（ 陈小姐) was very friendly and helpful in attending to us. Ms Liang helped to arrange a special welcome for us in the hotel room and it was a nice surprise! We came mainly for the Zhuhai Airshow and Ms Chen( 陈小姐） offered us transport options which helped us to get to the exhibition site and we appreciate her help. Only complain was there was limited variety in the breakfast menu but noodles was very nice and it was enough to keep us full for much of the day. We will want to come back again when we next visit Zhuhai. Hotel location is good and convenient to visit Macau. There are also many shops and restaurants in the nearby basement shopping mall.

3D2N short stay in this hotel with two kids. Reception staff is nice and helpful, patiently explaining the hotel facilities and the malls. Special thank to staff Aurora, she is nice and kind! Location is 30-45 mins from HZM point, depending on traffic flow. Room is clean and spacious. Swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, are best for kids and the staff are also nice. The mall is under the hotel and so many options of restaurants and playrooms/game facilities available for kids. Would definitely return !

I have compared several hotels in other apps, and the evaluation of this hotel is mixed. I may be a ”stubborn” and I have to find out. The concierge opened the door at the hotel entrance, checked in at the front desk, the guest service manager Clean handled the problem, and the service of the room staff was very satisfactory. The hotel's decoration layout, facilities and equipment, and the quality and variety of breakfast are all very good. It was an unexpected experience for me!

Great services and great hotel. We arrive at late evening but the restaurant and hotel were so nice and get everything ready and prepared. We feel very welcome and had great time here. A peaceful place to stay. The staff are friendly and wish to help. My wife and I have late arrived to check-in at about 2:00am, but Rita who is the receptionist still very nice to offer a free upgrade room and extend our check-out time to the 6:00pm next day. These made us appreciated and have more time to enjoy the staying. The room is big and everything is clean in the room, the hotel also have the best sightseeing of Macao! Wonderful day!

Such a good, clean, tidy and fun camping park, the room is special, child have fun and a good day in the park, we planning to go again in a cooler weather..

The location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around. But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it. The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting! We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was. We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER. No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either) This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.
