A hidden paradise in the rice fields

In October, my partner and I stayed at Bisma Eight in Ubud, Bali for three nights. The hotel is located on a small street off the main street of Ubud, a 10-minute walk from the main street and close to the Monkey Forest, making it a super convenient location. The hotel is surrounded by tranquil rice fields with stunning views, and there are a variety of delicious restaurants, ATMs, and shopping malls nearby. The hotel has only 30 rooms, which makes it particularly exquisite. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was very spacious, with a large and comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and a great large bathtub. The room has a hairdryer, kettle, tea and coffee, and bottled water. The most amazing thing is that there is a British adapter on the room socket, which is very thoughtful! The hotel also has two very nice pools with plenty of towels available every day, and the view by the pool is simply dreamy, with every photo you take being a masterpiece 📸. The check-in experience was very good, the front desk was very welcoming, and they helped us with recommendations for local day trips. We rented a driver for a day trip, and he took us to temples, coffee plantations, rice terraces, swings, and waterfalls, and the price was very reasonable, about £30. The whole process was very professional and knowledgeable. The room is not only spacious but also well-equipped, with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, and a DVD player, it really has everything you need. The hotel's Wi-Fi sometimes drops out, but it's fine for checking emails and sending photos. Breakfast is served in an open-air restaurant in the rice fields, with freshly fried eggs, hearty fruit, toast, and traditional Balinese noodles, which are delicious. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, such as Ambar Ubud Bar, Kaukau Restaurant, and Padi Restaurant, all within walking distance. Also, the must-see Monkey Forest is nearby, and I recommend you go and see it, it's very interesting. The only downside is that although breakfast is delicious, it can be a little late sometimes, which can be a bit inconvenient if you're in a hurry. Also, the hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but there is a free shuttle bus to and from downtown Ubud every hour, which is very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend staying here, if you want a green vacation, this is definitely a great choice! 🌴🌞
