Alila Manggis, a paradise in East Bali

Alila Manggis is located in Manggis, Indonesia, at Jalan Raya Buitan. This hotel is hidden in East Bali and offers great value for money. The average price per night is usually less than CNY 1,000, but it offers unexpected surprises. 🌺 The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. If you fly to Bali, you can arrange a transfer service upon arrival. The hotel is decorated in a unique Balinese style, making you feel like you've entered another world as soon as you walk in. The staff will offer you a refreshing hand towel, and a delicious drink is provided at check-in, which is very local. The overall environment is very quiet, especially suitable for those who want to relax on vacation. The room layout shows signs of age, but it is well-maintained and fully equipped. Our room was small but very clean, with a balcony offering a beautiful sea view. The bed was a little hard, but it may not be a problem for some people. You can take a walk around the resort at around 4 pm every day, and there is free afternoon tea with traditional Balinese cakes, which is a delicious experience. 🌅 The surrounding area is also worth exploring, especially the Seasalt restaurant, which offers first-class food. If you want to try local food, you can also go to Warung Nyoman - Manggis. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to the nearby town for shopping and experiencing the local culture. 😋 Although the hotel is in a remote location and far from the main attractions, it is very quiet, making it perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle. For those who like to relax, this is undoubtedly a paradise. It is not suitable for those who like lively and entertaining activities, as there are not many activities around the hotel. 😉 Overall, Alila Manggis really gave me an isolated experience, and the environment is breathtakingly beautiful. However, if I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the room is a bit dated and the bed is a bit hard for some people. But these small shortcomings do not overshadow the charm of this hotel. I will definitely choose this place again next time I go to Bali. 👍
