The exterior is a standard Gothic architecture, and the interior features exquisite stained glass. Xu Zhimo also studied here, and his famous poetry monument can be found here. During the pandemic, many places were closed, but you could still take postcard-like photos of King's College while punting 😍😍. Cambridge is about a 40-minute drive from central London 🚗, making it perfect for a day trip. I traveled alone that day, visiting famous attractions like the Xu Zhimo Farewell to Cambridge Stone, Newton's Apple Tree at Trinity College, the Bridge of Sighs, and punting on the River Cam. Each is a must-visit spot in Cambridge. Recommended train route: 🚅🚅 • Take a train from King's Cross Station to Cambridge Station, which takes about 48 minutes and costs around £26.5. There are also slower trains from King's Cross, so check the schedule beforehand. Since I was studying in the UK, I departed from Birmingham.
