The main buildings are built on the mountain, and the highest building is the Tahoto Pagoda, from which you can overlook the beautiful scenery of Kyoto. Take Kyoto City Bus No. 5 from JR Kyoto Station, get off at "Nanzenji Eikando-michi" and walk for 3 minutes.     2️⃣. Take the Karasuma Line subway from "Kyoto" to "Karasuma Oike" and transfer to the Tozai Line subway bound for Rokujizo, get off at "Keage" and walk for 15 minutes.     3️⃣. Take Kyoto City Bus No. 5 from Keihan Electric Railway Sanjo Station, get off at "Nanzenji Eikando-michi" and walk for 3 minutes. ⏰Opening hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, but during the autumn maple season, opening hours may be extended to the evening so that visitors can enjoy the illuminated red leaves at night.
