Drvengrad, a small film village.

Drvengrad is a fairytale village located in the Zlatibor Mountains of Serbia. It was built by the famous director Emir Kusturica for the filming of the movie "Life is a Miracle." The village is designed entirely in the traditional style of the Slavic mountains, with all the wooden houses built from local timber. From churches to houses, cinemas to restaurants, even roads and furniture are made from local wood. Drvengrad is full of innocence and artistic atmosphere, with colorful oil paintings and wood carvings on the walls, surrounded by lush vegetation and typical Slavic pastoral scenery.
