Hot Pot Buffet with Chicken and Beef

The weather is starting to cool down today, so I wanted to have some hot pot. I found a place nearby that offers chicken pot and hot pot, so I decided to give it a try 😆 We ordered a special chicken pot first. The portion of chicken was generous, and the sauce was very flavorful and rich, with a slight spiciness. The chicken itself was very tender, making the chicken pot quite impressive. Next, we used the chicken pot sauce for the hot pot. They brought us a beef platter first, which included Australian M7 Wagyu, beef tongue, fatty beef, and brisket. The beef tongue was particularly delicious 😄 They also have a lot of self-service side dishes like goose intestines, vegetables, and mushrooms. We were too full to try the side dishes. They also offer self-service drinks and ice cream. Each of us had one; one was sea salt flavor, and the other was Earl Grey tea flavor. The texture was quite interesting, soft and fluffy, which was quite special.
