Phou Khoun is one of the smallest towns you will stop at on the North East Loop, built on top of a mountain. It offers some of the BEST views. The weather is nice and cool almost all year round. On the edge of town there are some incredible viewpoints and some camping resorts, with great views of the sunset. Known for thwir strawberry farm.
