Fengshan Temple: A hidden ancient temple in the mountains

Fengshan Temple is located on the top of Phoenix Mountain in Weiping Town, Chun'an County. It was built in the 5th year of the Hongwu period of the Ming dynasty (1372), and has a history of more than 600 years. The temple is divided into two parts: the lower temple and the upper temple. The lower temple is located on the mountainside, with the temple gate facing the direction of Liudu, and has a Mahavira Hall and a small hall. The upper temple is located on the flat ground at the top of the mountain, and has a Guanyin Hall and a Mahavira Hall. Yesterday, when I was climbing Phoenix Mountain with my friends, I found an abandoned temple halfway up the mountain. There was nothing inside. After walking around, we were about to go down the mountain and return, when we accidentally found a small stone path covered by weeds leading to the top of the mountain. Out of curiosity, we pushed aside the weeds and walked up. After walking up for about 2 km, we found this ancient temple on the flat ground at the top of the mountain, and there was an old monk inside. The temple and its surroundings were cleaned up. Standing at the gate of the temple, you can overlook the farmland and villages at the foot of the mountain. It is truly a great place with good feng shui. According to the old monk, this temple has a history of more than 600 years. It used to be very popular, and pilgrims from other provinces such as Anhui and Jiangxi came here. Qiandao Lake, Chun'an
