🇹🇷Traveling to the ancient city of Ephesus in Seljuk, Turkey - 📍Grand Circular Theater Built in the 3rd century BC, the Grand Circular Theater can accommodate up to 25,000 people, and many important meetings and performances were held. The Circular Theater is also mentioned in the Bible. When the Apostle Paul was doing missionary work in Ephesus, he had a heated debate with idolaters in this theater. The Ephesus mentioned in the Bible is the current Ephesus. It is a city that cannot be left out in the history of early Christianity, and it is one of the places where many Christians come for pilgrimage. I felt the gap between the rich and poor in the Roman Empire inside the Circular Theater. The front steps near the stage were where the upper class sat, and they were made very elaborately and meticulously, so they are still well preserved. However, as I went up to the back, the stairs where the common people sat were broken and in a mess.
