Camping site near the volcano

Pelawangan Sembalun is a camping ground for climbers who go up through the Sembalun route. Usually climbers will camp here if they want to go to the summit of Rinjani or summit attack. Climbers usually wake up at 1 in the morning to prepare for the summit attack and this Sembalun crater rim as their starting point. Pelawangan Sembalun is located at an altitude of about 2,600 meters above sea level. The view of this Sembalun crater rim is really pretty. You can see the view of Segara Anak Lake and the surrounding mountain ranges.
