Upon entering the park, there is a lively and joyful open space that combines viewing, knowledge, and art. There are water platforms, music step seats, water play pools, lamp posts, fable story relief walls, etc. in the middle. (Now it has been demolished) Connected to the colorful amusement square is a gourd-shaped Dream Lake, with a lake area of 7 acres. There is a colorful rainbow bridge on the lake, and there are weeping willows, waterside flower racks, and geometric pavilions by the lake, giving people a fresh and quiet feeling. There is a stainless steel sculpture named 'Sunshine' in the park. The park began construction in December 1994 and officially opened to the public in May 1996.
