One-day trip to Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou

We took the high-speed train from Chengdu East to Huanglong Jiuzhaigou Station at 6:45–8:24 am. The shuttle bus to the scenic area is on the right side of the high-speed train station. We booked the bus ticket to Huanglong for CNY 28 on the "Jiulv Travel" mini program. It was snowing, so the bus was not fast. We arrived at Huanglong at 10 am. As it was the off-season, you must bring food with you, as there is not much food in the scenic area and it is expensive. Bring gloves! Bring gloves! We recommend bringing an oxygen tank! We recommend bringing an oxygen tank! The three of us all had altitude sickness after getting off the bus. Our hearts were racing, and it felt like there was a rush of air trying to escape from the top of our heads. Our heads were buzzing. We adapted for a while after getting off the bus, and then bought tickets to enter. The ticket was CNY 170. We didn't catch the off-season ticket, which is CNY 60 from December 16. We recommend visiting Huanglong in the morning, as it is really beautiful in the morning. The cable car was under maintenance, so we had to climb the mountain ourselves. We didn't dare to walk too fast because of the altitude sickness, so we climbed like snails. Don't walk too fast when climbing, or your heart and head will not be able to take it. It took us three adults three and a half hours to reach the top. It was very beautiful, and the photos we took looked like they were photoshopped. We went down very fast, taking 1.5 hours to reach the bottom. Don't take a private car after going down, as they are unreliable. You must take the shuttle bus to Jiuzhaigou. Private cars won't take you directly to Jiuzhaigou, and will sell you to a taxi to Jiuzhaigou halfway. You must take the official shuttle bus! CNY 62 per person! Very convenient!
