From the station, there is a 3rmb bus ride that would take you to the entrance of Orientino hotel which is only 10-15 mins away. Although the beach does not stretch for miles, you can pick a nice spot to beach bum under the sun. The room is spacious with separate toilet and shower room. The bath tub is placed outside the shower room but has a divider for some privacy. The hotel also has indoor and outdoor pools but better check with the hotel for outdoor pool availability as they schedule it for days of cleaning. They have some VR and other small arcades for your entertainment, too. The most fun part of the trip in dongdaihe is the stretch of beach activities. Along the beach, you can find several little amusement parks and at night they held an outdoor party where a DJ and an MC were hosting. There were endless fireworks and tons of snacks in the street.
