Tianzi Mountain in Zhangjiaje

Today, Tianzi Mountain in Zhangjiaje was on the agenda. First, we travelled up by cable car. The journey took about 10 minutes and was full of thrills. We were practically floating between the mountains. A great moment. Once at the top of the mountain, you could take a short circular walk and enjoy the view of the mountains. There was also a small temple and a viewing platform. Food was provided at McDonalds. We then decided to do the hike to the Ten Miles Gallery. This 5 km hiking tour offers a number of highlights. Lots of stairs, many viewing platforms and plenty of peace and quiet due to the low number of visitors. Shortly before the end of the tour, pass through the monkey park, where you can watch the monkeys playing up close. Once in the valley, you can fortify yourself and, if you wish, take the little railway to the bus stop. In total, you cover around 500 metres in altitude, albeit downhill. #zhangjiajie #tianzimountain
